Assign conditions to a rate plan (meal plan and cancellation policies)

On the general configuration of a rate plan you will point to the meal plans of this rate plan. You can sell it with one or more than one meal plan.

What cancellation policy applies to it?

  • Flexible cancellation: Full refund until less than 24hrs before check-in.
  • Semiflexible: Full or partially refund within a limited period above 24hrs.
  • Strict: 100%: no refund.

Select the cancellation charges accordingly:

  • Free cancellation: usually linked with flexible or semi flexible cancellation policies.
  • Special condition/Partially refundable: the customer will pay a percentage of the total booking.
  • Non-refundable: in case of cancellation the customer will pay the total amount of the stay.
