You can create a cancellation policy supplement from the Supplements tab.

Cancellation policies will be defined by the refund the customer gets once he cancels the booking.

1. Click + Create supplement.
2. Select the cancellation policy.
   • Flexible cancellation: Full refund until less than 24hrs before check-in.
   • Semiflexible: Full or partially refund within a limited period above 24hrs.
   • Strict: 100%: no refund.
3. It can be applied to:
   • Base: It will apply to the space price.
   • Total: Beonprice will take into account the supplements order.
4. How is the supplement applied? Charged by room/night or by stay.
5. Include the value.
