To configure non-refundable rates, go to rate plan tab: Para configurar tarifas no reembolsables, accede a:

1. + Create rate plan.
2. Set the name of the rate plan.
3. Select the meal plan.
4. Cancellation policy: Strict.
5. Cancellation charges: Non refundable.
6. In the price tab, select the type of price. It is usually configured as indexed.
7. In case it is indexed, select the base rate plan and the supplements will be updated automatically depending on your supplements configuration.
8. Map your rate plan with your PMS code.
