Group or negotiated rates are those that have a specific supplement/discount prefixed with the company that is booking in the hotel. To configure these rates, go to inventory configuration and click on the rate plan tab.

1. +Create a rate plan.
2. Set the name of the rate plan.
3. Select the meal plan(s).
4. Select the cancellation policy and the cancellation charges.
5. At the price tab, select the type of price: Indexed price.
6. Select the rate plan base.
7. Set the negotiated supplement and click “+”.
8. Map this rate plan with your PMS codes.
