Reading My Overview Table: Understanding each KPI
The Overview Table brings together all the information you need to manage your hotel in one screen: main KPIs, year-over-year comparisons, booking pace, cancellations, events, and competitor pricing.
This guide explains what each column means and how to interpret it so you can make tactical decisions with more confidence.
Prices and Restrictions
- Last price / MLOS / overbooking or stop-sells sent and date of sending: here you’ll see the latest price or restriction sent to your PMS/Channel Manager.
- Recommendations: RMS suggestions for prices, MLOS (minimum length of stay), overbooking, and/or stop-sells, including the Smart Range indicator.
- Overrides: when you manually lock a price or restriction so it doesn’t change automatically.
📊 Availability, OTB & Forecast

Total availability: inventory available, broken down by room type.

OTB (On the Books)**: confirmed reservations as of today (RNs, ADR, Revenue, Occupancy).

Pick-up (0 to -7 days): new reservations received in the last 7 days.

Forecast: projected performance calculated by the RMS for the hotel and by room type.
📅 Events & Historical References

Events: all events you’ve configured in the Events module.

LY (Last Year): your performance in the same period last year (RNs, ADR, Revenue, Occupancy).

STLY (Same Time Last Year): how your bookings looked at this same point last year, i.e., your booking pace.
How LY & STLY are shown in the Overview Table
- Daily view:
- LY – Same Day of the Week → default**, compares the same weekday (Monday vs Monday).
- STLY – Same Day of the Week → default, compares the same weekday but showing how you were building pace.
If you’ve set a Custom LY/STLY , you’ll see your personalized date in the table.
- Grouped view (monthly, weekly, or quarterly):
- LY – Same Day → compares the same calendar days (e.g., Feb 2025 vs Feb 2024).
- STLY – Same Day → shows the monthly aggregation (e.g., full month vs full month).
If you’ve set a Custom LY/STLY , that will appear in the table instead of the system’s default correlation.
🎯 Important: The system will always take into account the custom date in the algorithm whenever one is defined.
👥 Segmentation
- OTB by macrosegment: grouped KPIs (e.g., leisure, business, groups).
- Pick-up by macrosegment: booking pace within these groups.
- OTB by market segment: breakdown by channel or customer type (direct, OTA, corporate).
- Pick-up by market segment: where new demand is coming from (RNs and ADR).
- Group status: Confirmed (CONF), Tentative (TEN), or Prospect (PRO). (Information subject to PMS integration data availability).
- Pick-up by reservation status: how CONF/TEN/PRO have evolved in the last 7 days.
🏨 My Competition
- My hotel + comp set: collapsed by default in a single column.
- Average competitor price: aggregated average rate of your comp set.
- Minimum competitor price: lowest available rate in your comp set.
- Competitor details: expand to see each hotel’s individual rate.
🔄 Cancellations
- Current Year (CY) cancellations: cancelled reservations this year (RNs, ADR, Revenue, Occupancy).
- Last Year (LY) cancellations: cancelled reservations during the same period last year.
🔎 Demand Insights (if activated)
Shows demand forecasts at the market level if your property has this feature enabled.
📝 Notes
The Notes column allows you to add comments or reminders per day, visible only to your team.
