Reporting: Room upgrades analysis

This report shows all the information needed to understand and improve sales across the different room types available.

Are all upgrades monetised, which room types are receiving more bookings from other rooms? Or even, which company is receiving more upgrades in order to better renegotiate the contract price? These are some of the questions you will be able to analyse through this report.

At the top of the report is a general overview of all KPIs on total hotel performance data (OTB and STLY), booked vs stayed bookings, paid and free upgrades and downgrades.

In the following tables and graphs we can see in detail the data by room type:

  • Analysis of booked vs stayed for each KPI.
  • The bar chart shows the volume of room nights that has been produced for each movement: booked and stayed, paid upgrades, free upgrades and downgrades.
  • The Sankey chart illustrates the movement of bookings between the different spaces. On the left is the number of booked RNs, on the right is the number of stayed RNs.
