You are creating a rate plan without restrictions, it will be a reference for other rate plans.

To configure BAR rate plans unlock the locker in the rate plan tab:

1. Click + Create rate plan.
2. Set the name.
3. Select the meal plan (it could be one or more than one).
4. Choose the cancellation policy:
   1. Flexible cancellation: Full refund until less than 24hrs before check-in.
   2. Semiflexible: Full or partially refund within a limited period above 24hrs.
5. Choose the cancellation charges:
   3. Free cancellation: usually linked with flexible or semi flexible cancellation policies.
   4. Special condition/Partially refundable: the customer will pay a percentage of the total booking.
6. In the price tab, select dynamic price.
7. Choose if it is open price or price levels.
8. Include the PMS mapping.
