Admin and Access manager users will be able to create and manage users and teams directly from their profile:
USER MANAGEMENT
In the users tab, through the “+ add user” button, you will be able to create new profiles by entering a valid email address and selecting all teams, properties or clusters to which you want them to belong. The assignment can be done property by property or in bulk with all properties at once.
Remember: to designate Admin or Access management users, they must have first all properties assigned to them by selecting the option “same role for all properties”.
At the end of the process, a confirmation email will be sent to the new user in order to validate the email address and grant him/her access to the tool. In the meantime, you will be able to check the users who are pending to validate their emails at the top part of the screen.
The management of existing users is done through the table, where you will have all them listed, being able to identify the number of teams they belong to or the number of properties and clusters they have assigned.
TEAMS MANAGEMENT
Teams will help you to accelerate the permissions’ assignment process, being able to assign in bulk users with similar roles and responsibilities. For example, if you have several Revenue Managers in charge of Madrid and they all manage the same hotels, you will have the option to create a Madrid Revenue Managers’ team and assign to it all users, properties and roles needed. This way, if a new employee joins the company you will not have to give him/her access property by property, but you will include him/her on this team being able to arrange everything very quickly.
You can create new teams by clicking on the “+ add team” button, assigning users and properties to them, or manage the existing ones from the table.
