On the Forecast - General View, you can get a better understanding of what is happening in your hotel with significant detail, and quickly identify dates with the most opportunities or needs.

Daily, monthly, or annually, you decide!

At the top, you will find a banner indicating when the system was last updated. Make sure this is green and shows today’s date to have the latest reports. If it does not, please contact your account manager or the support team as soon as possible.

Below the banner, you will find a button to filter in more detail: segment, sub-segment, channel, space, or rate plan.

In the upper right corner, you will find three icons differentiating the three types of views we offer: calendar view, which is the default view, linear view, and table view.

Next to the date selector, you will find buttons to view information either daily or monthly, as well as the check-in dates you want to review, both past and future. These reports will be available both for the future and the past, depending on your PMS data.

Reminder: On the right-hand side, you will see a tab that allows you to view information at a more general level. If you are currently in daily view, this tab will show data for the selected month. If you have filtered the view to monthly, the tab will show cumulative annual data.
