How to review what is sent to the PMS or Channel Manager

In case you want to review price and restrictions that you or someone of your team have sent to your PMS or CM, go through the recommendations view to the lateral view, and clic Channel Manager Audit.

The filters will help you to:

  • Review data sent to the PMS or CM, those that are pending or have an error.
  • Filter data by rate plan or space.
  • Select dates you want to study.

In addition, sort all columns with an arrow.

Note: This action is only permitted in case you can send recommendations to your PMS or CM. Contact your customer experience team in case of doubt.
