The Dashboard is a board with general information that will appear as the home screen of the BEONx application. It provides a dashboard where you can see at a glance the key performance indicators of the establishment.

The data is aggregated monthly, and by default the current month appears, although any other month can be displayed if selected in the drop-down list.

Customize the information to be displayed You can customize the display of information on Dashboard for each user of the establishment.

The information is distributed on different cards. By pressing the configuration button at the top of the screen, a pop-up window will open where you can activate or deactivate the cards according to the information you want to view:

• Occupancy
• ADR
• RevPAR
• Revenue
• Competitive positioning
• Booking pace
• Online reputation
• Recommended price
• Average price of the competitive set
• Pickup

Customize the size Each card or information box can be configured with different sizes, depending on the amount of information that you want to display in each case:

• Small size : shows the main data of each indicator
• Horizontal medium size : shows all the indicator data and the main indicator graph
• Vertical median size : shows all the indicator data and the main indicator graph
• Big size : it shows all the data of the indicator and allows to select in the legend the data that you want to visualize in the graph

Customize the order of the information The order of the cards can be modified by dragging them with the mouse to the desired position.

Submenu drop down Each card also has a drop-down submenu, with more configuration options:

• Go to more detail : if you need to deepen the information shown on each card, this option will open the corresponding part of the Pricing module that expands the information (general view, detail view, competitors, reputation)
• Close card : this option will deactivate the card and stop displaying on the dashboard
• Configure card : this option allows you to configure the information that is displayed in the small size and is only available on two cards:
• Pickups : allows you to decide what advance is displayed and if we want the data in percentage or room nights.
• Reputation : allows you to choose the data source to be displayed
