After the configuration to send recommendations, go to the recommendations table view to send restrictions for a specific day.

Bear in mind that prices and restrictions can be sent by space or rate plan, it will depend on your configuration and the connection with your partner PMS or CM.

You can send prices and restrictions from the table view. Once you have reviewed all your prices and/or recommendations, make the modifications and you are prepared to send it:

• By periods or range of dates:

1. Click on the blue button Send at the top of the screen.
2. Select the range of dates you want to send. You can send different ranges of dates.
3. Select the rate codes you want to send.
4. Take a look at the resume before going to the last step.
5. Click Send.

• By day and establishment:

1. Click on the button send, which is below the date you want to send.
2. Select the rate codes you want to send.
3. Take a look at the resume before going to the last step.
4. Click Send.

• Individually by rate plan, space (depending on your configuration)

1. Click on the recommendation you want to send.
2. Click Send.
3. If you agree with the action, click YES.

Note: When the RMS is sending prices and restrictions, you can continue interacting with the system for other dates.

🔑 Important Recommendation: Configure Sending Limits To ensure that prices are always sent within a controlled range, we strongly recommend setting minimum and maximum sending limits, either globally or specifically for each rate plan or space.

These limits act as an additional safety layer, preventing prices from being sent outside the desired range and helping the system notify you with a warning icon in the Recommendations Table or Overview Table if a price goes below or above the configured limit.

Where to configure your sending limits for price recommendations?

• Configuration > Pricing > General > Production & Recommendations

• Configuration > Pricing > Inventory > Select your rate plan > Mappings at the lowest level

If a price cannot be sent because it does not comply with the general sending limit, it will also be blocked at the rate plan level.
