How to allow overbooking for a space
Configure the overbooking option if you sell, for a specific space type, more spaces than the spaces available. It will allow you to derive the spaces with a high level of occupancy to others with lower occupancy.
You can access throw Edit a space or from + Create space. Select the tab Inventory.
Space inventory can be:
- Independent
- Define the number of spaces of this type.
- If there is any space out of service, that BEONx should not take into consideration for the inventory, add it as _blocked. _(In case the PMS send us inventory information, it will be automated)
- Include the overbooking in case you work with it (remember that overbooking is over space and not over establishment)
- If there is an overbooking limit, select Value.
- Assign the spaces to which it will be derived in case of overbooking (Ex. double room will be derived to triple and quadruple).

- Shared with another space: select the type of space to share inventory.
In case it shares inventory with another space during a period of time, check how to configure exceptions.
