Scheduled reports

The general configuration of the Scheduled Reports module allows you to automate the delivery of key report to your user or team(s), ensuring that your hotel’s most critical and important data is always available at the right time.

Access it from the menu: Settings > General > Scheduled Reports.

From the main screen, you can start the process of configuring a new report and manage all reports through the table view displayed. This table provides an overview of all scheduled reports for your hotels and users (all hotels you have access to), whether it’s a shared report with other users or one configured for you alone.

The table lists the following key information for each report:

  • Custom Name: Displays the name of the report along with the latest update made to it.
  • Recurrence: Indicates whether the report frequency is daily, weekly, or monthly, and the time frame in which you will receive the report.
  • Activation Period: Specifies the start and end dates of the scheduled report. If no end date is configured, the infinite symbol (∞) will be displayed.
  • Recipients: Indicates if the report is sent to you or to a group of users.
  • Teams: Displays if one or more user teams are configured in your company.
  • Hotels: Lists the hotel(s) you have access to.
  • Clusters: Shows any hotel clusters configured within your company.
  • Last Send: The date when the report was last sent.
  • Created By: Indicates the user who created the report and whether it is for PERSONAL use (only you receive it) or SHARED with other users.

What actions can I perform on existing reports?

  • Send: You have the option to resend the report to your inbox.
  • Edit: You can modify the report configuration, including users and hotels.
  • Delete You can delete the report if you no longer wish to receive it.

If you are not an Admin user for the hotel, you will not be able to modify or delete the report you are receiving. In this case, you will only have view access and will not be able to see the details of users or hotels receiving the same report.
