Management of tour operation contracts
The configuration section of the tour operator module, accessible from BeonX menu > configuration > pricing > tour operators, will allow you to enter the details of all your current or past tour operator contracts. This will be the first step to have all them visible and manageable in all the other module screens.
Having all your tour operation contracts centralized in one place will facilitate its management and analysis, will help you to check quicker their contracted information and will even help you to make better decisions about your hotel’s segmentation.
The table will help you to keep everything under control, showing a summary of each contract configuration:
- Tour operator name
- Type of contract
- Contract validity period
- Total RNs contracted
- Total Rooms Revenue contracted
- Contracted ADR
- Contract creation date in BeonX
Also, from the table, you will have the option to delete contracts, view their details or modify them.
For your convenience, all columns in the table can be sorted. Those columns containing names can be sorted alphabetically, those containing numbers can be sorted from the highest to the lowest and columns with dates can be sorted from the newest to the oldest. The filters at the top allow you to select exactly what you want to see.
Contracts can be entered by clicking on the “+new contract” button accessible from the top right of the screen.
