In the calendar view of the tour operator module, accessible through the main menu > Tour Operators > Allotments, you will find a 365 day calendar view. This calendar will help you to quickly visualize and compare the rooms booked vs. those contracted from all your tour operators allotments. You will be able to easily know on which days your allotments are already fully booked or on which days there is likely to receive a big release. This screen will be very useful, for example, to take decisions about other segments based on the allotment availability.

Thanks to the filters located at the top of the screen, you will be able to choose the exact data you want to see in the calendar, being able to filter by type of contract, tour operator or space. Once filters are applied, the calendar values will update according to your selection.

In addition, this screen will help you to keep an exhaustive control of each tour operator release dates (only if you have configured them in the contract). The little purple dot will indicate you the releases that are due on the days selected in the date selector located at the top of the screen named “show releases due out”.

Days with stop sales are highlighted with a gray circle. The dark gray circle shows days with “total closures” (days where all TTOO and all spaces are close out). And the striped gray circle shows “partial closures” (days where only some TTO or some spaces are closed out). Use the filters located above filtering by TTOO and space or click on a specific day to get additional information.

By selecting any day in the calendar, a pop up will open showing more detailed information about that specific date. You will find the detail of the sales status of each tour operator, its release date, if sales are opened or closed and the stop sales recommendation.

Concept definition:

• Occ. OTB total hotel: is the same OTB data (in % and RNs) that you will find in any other BeonX´s screen. These are the RNs or % of occupancy that the RMs receives through the integration with your PMS based on the reservations and blocks you have.

• Occ. OTB total hotel + guarantees: is the previous OTB data plus the addition of all guaranteed contracted RNs that have not been blocked in the PMS. If all contracted rooms have been entered and blocked in your PMS, they will already by included in the previous OTB value and both values will probably match. However, there are hotels that despite having guaranteed rooms, they decide do not enter them as blocked in the PMS, needing to work with two occupancy values: one with the reservations and blocks they actually have in the PMS (Occ. OTB total hotel) and another showing their real occupancy (Occ. OTB total hotel + guarantees) adding the rooms that are guaranteed and have to be taken into consideration but are not blocked in the PMS.
